Beautiful You

It appears i started this blog post but never posted it!

This is a set of cards I designed and used for my class back in February!

Its using the stamp set, Beautiful You by Stampin' Up and their water colour pencils.

The cards were dead easy. I used the pre cut Note cards and envelopes and cut layers using coordinating colours that matched the 'Cupcakes and Carousels' designer paper.

Everyone got a blender pen included in their kit to blend the water colour pencils into a smooth flowing colour.

All the ladies had a great time creating their cards and adding their choice of colours and DSP

(Here are half the cards we made that night! Fantastic job ladies!)

If you fancy any of these products to make the projects above (minus the DSP, which is now retiring) you can do so via my online shop.
Its open 24/7, and deliveries are made straight to your door! (you don't even have to see my face)

Happy Crafting everyone!

Global Design Project Card

This is a card I made for a special friend yesterday. I wanted to let her know how much she meant to me so I picked my favourite colours and my favourite stamp set and used the Global Design Project layout for the rest of my inspiration. You can see the post with all the entries Here.

This is what I created.

I used these stamps:
"Butterfly Basics"

"Special Reason"

On the outside I stamped "I'm lucky to have a good friend like you."
And on the inside "Together, we share so many things."

I used the following card stock:

And of course I needed bling:
I should say, its hard to see the bling in the photo but I applied Wink of Stella to all the flowers and the Glimmer paper is behind the butterfly which is bent to appear like its flying off the card

If you'd like to recreate this card all the supplies can be purchased from my online shop.

Don't forget its Sale-A-Bration, every £45 gets you a free gift (in addition to the hostess code gift from me!)

Januarys card class

This months class is inspired straight from the New seasonal catty and Sale-A-Bration brochure

I decided to make 2 cards using the new "So Detailed Thinlits Dies" and matching stamp set "So In Love"

I've used Wink of Stella to accent the cards.

I also used heat embossing and silver embossing powder to create the butterflies on the bag

This class will be taking place on 9th January in Didcot, Oxfordshire
